Ingredients:
- 1.5 quarts of vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
- 2 cups of crushed cookies or graham crackers
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- Whipped cream and fresh berries for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Take the vanilla ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften for a few minutes.
